The RPT // 3ASY Program is an 8-week, 3 (+1) workouts per week, minimalist, full-body strength and hypertrophy plan built around the principles of Reverse Pyramid Training (RPT). Each workout is structured around three core lifts. You’ll train hard, but not long, using descending rep targets and progressive overload to drive results without wasting time. The blend of low-volume, high-effort sets and simple structure makes this program brutally effective and easy to follow. A Saturday mobility flow is included (and optional) to keep your joints moving well and support long-term progress.

 

This program is ideal for lifters who want to get stronger, build muscle, and stay consistent without overcomplicating things.
