I’ve personally designed and run through every program myself; you’re not just getting theory, you’re getting tested and proven structure. Each one is built in 6-week blocks, and they're repeatable so you could potentially have 12-18 weeks of progress and goal-crushing consistency for $29!

The download includes everything you need: the full program guide, an FAQ sheet to answer common questions, and a progress-tracking spreadsheet for note-taking and to help you stay on track. Personal training is the best way to make real, lasting progress. My coaching blends strength training, corrective exercise, and smart program design to help you train hard, move well, and progress well into your later years. Sessions take place in a focus-forward South Austin workout space that is private, encouraging, and comfortable. Here it's easy to learn proper technique, get stronger, and build momentum without the distractions of a crowded commercial gym. I work with clients from all kinds of backgrounds, from athletic folks looking for more strength and power to everyday people who want to feel better, move better, and lose weight, to those coming back from injury or a sedentary lifestyle who want to build a healthier and stronger life. I also serve clients throughout South Austin and nearby areas like Manchaca, Circle C, Shady Hollow, and Sunset Valley.

Personal training is set up in 6-week packages, with options to train 1x, 2x, or 3x per week depending on your goals, schedule, and experience level. I use 6-week blocks because real results come from consistency, repetition, and giving your body enough time to adapt. A single workout can feel good, but a structured 6-week plan gives us time to build strength, improve movement, create better habits, and actually measure progress. It also helps clients stay committed, build routine, and stop starting over every couple of weeks.  Rate-wise, I'm very competitive. While I like to discuss this during our initial meet and greet, most clients can expect rates between $87 and $107 per session, depending on frequency. 

Each session starts with a warm-up designed to prepare your body and improve the quality of your movement. From there, we blend strength training with corrective exercise so you are not just working hard, but working smart. Depending on your goals, sessions may also include conditioning, movement work, and coaching around recovery. We also talk through what happens outside the gym — including cardio, nutrition, and simple take-home strategies or homework that support your progress during the rest of the week.
