The 68-10 Program is a 6-week, 4-day strength training system that cycles through 6, 8, and 10-rep max days to build muscle, improve performance, and keep training fresh. Choose your favorite lifts, follow a proven structure, and push your limits with progressive overload. Can be recycled or refreshed for 12 weeks of results. Includes optional Primer Day, customizable templates, and a flexible Week A/B rotation to crush boredom and drive results.
