Hey, y’all! I’m Justin, owner of Tully Trains, and I've been coaching since 2010, providing one-on-one personal training in South Austin for people who want to get stronger, move better, and train around limitations without losing ground. My approach blends smart strength training, corrective exercise, and expert program design to help clients make real progress and build bodies that are ready for real life.
Serving Manchaca, Shady Hollow, Circle C, and the surrounding South Austin area, my private, open-air garage gym is purpose-built for focused training without the noise and chaos of a crowded commercial gym. It’s a laid-back, work-hard space for showing up, training smart, and making progress.
