In-person training
Personal Training sessions are sold in 6-week packages at 2x, 3x, or 4x a week. Sessions are 50 to 60 minutes and trained in my garage gym in South Austin. Pricing depends on our plan, but will fall between $85 and $105 per session. Click the link below to send an email inquiry and we'll lock down time to meet to discuss goals, limitations/past injury adjustment, and building a path forward to improved physical health. We'll get a workout in while we're at it!


Online training
Tailor-made 6-to-12-week programs with consideration for your goals, schedule, equipment availability, and limitations. Whether you have access to a commercial gym or garage set-up, I can build a custom program and follow along utilizing the True Coach app. This is for those folks that want to train on their own time or are too far for in-person training - you bring the discipline and I'll bring the plan!

Hi, all! I’m Justin and I’ve been helping folks reach their health & fitness goals since 2011.
I specialize in Strength Training & Corrective Exercise. I excel at working around your limitations while showing you a clear route to achieving your goals through effective exercise selections utilizing intelligent & seasoned program design. I believe the stronger you are, the longer and easier you'll live; and we achieve this by lifting weights, becoming more flexible, and adding sensible & sustainable positive habits to your everyday routine.
My sessions are effective, efficient, goal-oriented and fun. And the open-air aspect of the garage gym is shown to elevate mood and increase vitamin-D production. And don't worry if you get too sweaty, just grab yourself a eucalyptus towel and electrolyte drink from the fridge on your way out!
